An announcement from TMBC was made earlier today.
Earlier today, residents were again slightly aggrieved at the bins not being collected, quoting
"Where the fuck are the bin men, the useless fuckwit good for nothing ass wipes".
Thankfully, local representatives from the councils Waste team have confirmed the reason for the lack of collections. It's due to a new service known as 'TITTTYS'.
TITTTYS, has already commenced yet the communication was a little lapse, admits 'Wayne' on waste. "Sorry about that. We'll take note of it".
Each week, fortnight, or even monthly each resident shall 'Take it To The Tip Your Self' (Yes, we know yourself is one word but this is the council, we don't make the rules!).
Cuxton Tip is the nearest 'said Wayne' and all you have to do is load up the boot of your car with bin liners, or simply hang the wheelie bin out the back, holding the boot lid with some bungee ropes like a proper 80's gypo. "it'll be fun" said Wayne.

p.s Council Rates shall be increasing for 2020.
