The Street with No Name

A new road has been opened today on the Hill of Kings, much to the delight of plenty.

Whilst the opening was fashionably delayed, social media divides were split on who to thank for it.

Was it Tommy Bluehat?

Was it Grotbags the Brats hater?

Was it Rod & Emu?

Perhaps it was a collective effort. Alas, we shall never know but what we are left with, is a new road that’s caused more excitement than the prospect of The Spitfire being a Star Wars themed pub with its re-opening on national Jedi day.

Drivers have flocked from as far as phase one just to drive the new road, and some from phase 2 have even purposely forgot something from the wives shopping list JUST to drive back to Waitrose again.

“I love the chicanes, I mean roundabouts” Said one local Lewis Shamilton originally from Buckmore Park.

Kings Hill security drivers looked startled earlier as the road opened much to their surprise. The closed road was previously a no go zone safe-haven for a quiet resting place.

“When the road opened and the first cars came through, they just sat there looking and literally didn’t move all day, like when you get caught peeping through your window at the neighbours and decide to freeze and hold the position” Explained Lewis.

After Tommy Bluehat officially opened the road, it came to light there isn’t actually a name for it.

It has been proposed by Liberty Trust that local councillors and non councillors should go head to head in a ‘thank you’ competition in order to see who unveils the naming of the road.

For those thanking Grotbags for her efforts, leave a G in the comments.

For those thanking Rod, leave an R.

The winner shall be cutting the ribbon on the road name soon.

Early favourites have been leaked although we are unsure who thought of which one.

Brats Boulevard

Croc Close

Emu Avenue

Shelac Road

Somebody at the Door Street

Let me on the Board Boulevard

If a winner cannot be concluded, the road shall be named ‘Milton Keynes Avenue’ in homage to how many roundabouts it has.

Good luck Rod & Grotbags!
